Dulverton in new eltham or Crofton in Petts wood

We are about to make an offer and we cant decide between this 2 schools and area to live! We have a girl and a boy we also want to be in a good catchment area for a good secondary school help please

Don't know New Eltham I'm afraid but I know lots of people who are happy with Crofton.
Secondary school wise in Petts Wood , Darrick Wood is mixed and is well though of (uniform is awful though!) but make sure you are close enough as the catchment area is small, otherwise I think Coopers is the closest and has a less favourable reputation than Darrick Wood.
