For next year remember coloured dot stickers from a stationers. This happened to me a couple of years ago but now I have a pack of those we can customise anything!

You could have done what i did last year and put spots of masking tape on a dark top.

Thankfully no spots/onsies required today.

Ah did you manage anything?

I have a pair of spotted socks that various DSs have worn over the years.

One year we drew spots on an old baseball cap and another on an old t-shirt.

I absolutely refuse to buy anything specially!

Agree it's not good when you're actually on your way out of the door though

My morning panic was triggered by 'I need to take my teddy, and he needs a bandage on' also at 8.45. I feel your pain!

I'd've got out a pen and put spots across my child's face.

Of course, I probably wouldn't have the sense to ensure they would wash off easily and so they'd still be there a week later.

Never mind, everyone would know how keen we were.

Been there ... stickers are good!

Thankfully my school now just says "Own clothes or dress up if you want to" which is FAR easier!
