Does this SEN count towards admission criteria for Year 1 In Year Admission?

Under the SEN section, my daughter is marked as having 1:1 tutoring.

Would that count as a special educational needs criteria towards her waiting list position for a Year 1 in year admission, does anyone know?

I wouldn't have thought so, this criteria is usually for children with statements of SEN.

It only counts if a child has a statement which specifically states a school. usually because they have expertise or facilities needed by the child.

Not sure if it applies to unstatemented children or not.

1 to 1 tutoring is going to be in all probability only a very small amount of help with a TA, so it would not make any difference to the waiting list position.
