FYI - a NC grid showing below expectations, expected, beyond expections and exceptional performance by year (yr 2 - yr 6)

I came across this grid when looking to answer another post and thought other MNs might be interested. I do not know whether all teachers, LAs or whomever would agree with it, but I think it's interesting and maybe worth sharing, especially at this time of year!?!

Ooh I love a grid! Grin

Think they've made an error in the 5s area though, the lowest 5 should be 5c, not 5a.
