Cleves School, Weybridge proposed new admissions policy for 2014

Does anyone have any insight into the rationale for the proposal that Manby Lodge and not Oatlands School too becomes an official feeder school to Cleves from 2014

Rumour has it that it's because Cleves head is annoyed Oatlands objected so much to her previous proposal. There is no logic in choosing a feeder school that is currently just outside the catchment area.
