Aiming this at any teachers out there, really: what would you appreciate reading in a thank you card? I'm sure you would appreciate just getting one, but my DS's teacher was exceptionally good this year( year 2) and I dont want to just write a bog standard "thank you for all your help and support" because it just seems a bit lame and unoriginal, not to mention inadequate.
That said, my mind - and said card - remain blank. Any thoughts??

Ask your son about an activity he really liked doing with his teacher eg baking, making puppets. What does he like about the teacher? Maybe she tells good stories or sings a silly song at fruit time? Was there a trip he enjoyed? A project? Use his words, maybe written by you. You can then add a note on the back of the card.
