It's okay, I didn't realise one was a councillor so we have his details now. Thanks.

Ring the school and ask for a contact number for either the Chair of Governors or the Clerk to the Governors. I'm a clerk and my school give out my email address (I gave them permission to do it). If a parent does not have email the school take their number and I ring them back. I can then send on emails to the relevant person - usually the chair. Alternatively try the school website.

Thank you. I can't see from the website who the Chair is but I have details for one of the governors so hopefully he will be able to point us in the right direction, even if he can't help us.
