Good primary school in New Malden or other parts of Surrey

Will be moving out of central London with pre-school age children. Some suggested that New Malden is a decent place to live without a high price tag. Anyone know if the primary schools there are good? Didn't see many Outstanding rated schools in the area. And most are church schools, will they admit non-religious people? Is it better to consider areas like Ewell, Kingston, Epsom for good schools?

New Malden is a lovely place. One non-faith school is Burlington Infants/Juniors. I'm not too sure of the recent OFSTED but it has a fairly good reputation.

In Kingston there are a few schools that have an excellent reputation. They are Coombe Hill and Latchmere. Their OFSTED reports are excellent I believe. I will have a think of others around this area.

Fern hill in North Kingston is outstanding. But don't just go on ofsted.
Agree with spottyock...NM is great with a real community feel. Burlington/ Combe Hill both outstanding and very multicultural.
