Resources for Reception child who speaks Polish and v little English

I am working with a boy who has just arrived in England from Poland. He has very little English but is beginning to pick it up. He is really bright and eager to learn but I am a bit stalled how to help him. He must be very bored with me pointing at something, me saying the word and getting him to repeat it!

Does anyone know of any resources, particularly online games, which may help him? I've googled but have struggled to find anything.

Thanks very much!

Check out the BBC/British Council.org learning English sites, mahoooooosive sites (you get hopelessly lost on the click throughs) full of activities/printables/interactive stuff (that possibly he could also do at home?)

There is a specific bit of the site for real smalls- can't remember exactly the title, but you'll find it there.

Loads of other free tefl-y style resource sites, but tbh, I get most of my stuff from there.

Thanks to both of you. I've just been looking at the sites and getting some ideas.

We've a Hearing Impaired unit at school so do a lot of BSL. I have found that when I talk to him I do end up signing (although it's very basic!)

I know with total immersion he'll probably be fine by Christmas but I'd just like to give him a bit more support.
