My daughter is just turned 12 and in the throws of puberty. These last 4 weeks she has randomly started waking up in the middle of the night around 4 am it started during the 6 weeks holidays. She ha said there is nothing on her mind but is frustrated at waking up she does use the loo when she gets up but said this isn't what's waking her could this be puberty related I'm in peri and I wake up like that most nights x
