I would like some recommendations please on skincare for a near 10 year old girl. She’s just starting to get spots along her hairline and a few on her nose. A friend has told me Tropic are good but thought I would ask what products you’ve found good results from as I don’t wanna use products that are too damaging for her skin. Thank you.

I'd go for proper pharmacy brands that specialise in making effective skincare products for various skin concerns. Also, always go fragrance free if you can. Something like Cerave, Cetaphil, Avene, Uriage, etc.
