DD (11) started her periods about 5 months ago. She consistently complains of tummy ache on days 3/4 of her period, and on day 14 - which I'm assuming is ovulation pain as I used to experience similar discomfort at the same time.
Has anyone else been through this and has any advice on what to do about it? We are using Calpol and hot water bottles; keen to avoid medication unless absolutely necessary.
