Double Mouth guard for braces?

DD 12 has braces on both- top and bottom teeth.
In her school they will be doing contact sports like rugby and football so she needs a mouth guard.
I was to buy one on Amazon however I realised as she has braces on both, she will need a double guard?
Anyone can recommend one please?
She is getting already panicky how she will fit it in.

DS had braces on top and bottom but just had a top mouth guard: we did an OPRO custom fit one.

We bought one from the orthodontist. Top and bottom.
