My 12 year old has been in constant trouble since he started secondary school 6 months ago.
He has difficulty concentrating in class, is rude to the teachers, has difficulty interacting with his peers, is constantly losing things, innatentive to simple instructions, forgetful. Partaking in risky behaviour, not realising the danger.
Seems to take exceptio to being disciplined for bad behaviour.
His behaviour has gotten worse since he started secondary school.
He has been tested for dyslexia which he doesn’t have but the therapist said he may have adhd without hyperactivity. She wants to se him again to finish off the testing and look in depth at the results.
Does anyone on here have a child with ADHD? Does this behaviour sound similar?
