My DD 10 has millia all over her for head and chin. Has anyone successfully treat it? And what did they use

I have had three removed using an electrolysis needle/diathermy. 100% effective and no scarring but probably something that is very much dependent on the skill of the individual doing it.

@Zara82 did you resolve this? An exfoliating cleanser that contains salicylic acid, citric acid or glycolic acid every 2 or 3 days will clear the milia.
