DD started feeling unwell on Friday last week and came out in cold symptoms which have got persistently worse , we took her to the doctors on Thursday who said they are 'treating it as tonsilitis' and gave her some penicillin. Of course with everything going around at the moment and the specially the dreaded strep throat I've been all over the place
She just seems to be really rough still, snotty with a sore throat body aches and earache (which I think may be ear congestion?)
I'm carrying on with the penicillin just to be sure but I guess I just want some reassurance that I'm doing the right things as it's breaking my heart to see her so poorly
Has anyone experienced similar before
