My daughter who is 10 has been so unwell now for such a long time, after 5 doctors appointments she is now being treated for tonsillitis. In the doctors words 'we will treat this as tonsilitis' and has penicillin.
Her temp today has been up and down highest being 38.8 and I'm trying to control this with paracetamol and ibuprofen. She keeps saying it's her throat and ears and she seems quiet snotty too however this massive fear that something else could be wrong is just really upsetting me and causing great anxiety. It could be all the stuff going round about strep a at the moment but I've never known for her to be so unwell, I guess I'm just looking for reassurance really
