Recommend me places to visit pre teen - North

Hi I have two dds 10 and 12.

Lancashire Derbyshire Lincolnshire Yorkshire.

We usually go to farms or caves but they aren't interested now.

I was thinking Blackpool Pleasure Beach but it's not cheap.

I wouldn't bother with Flamingoland. was there last week with DD11 and there were only a handful of rides she wanted to go on - i think we only went on three or four in the end. the animal bit was small and really sad, and the food was overpriced and rubbish.
but DD did like mooching around the harry potter shops in the shambles in York and we had planned to do the York cat trail- which is free - but that was one of the stupidly hot days, so we didn't
we've also done the chocolate experience in york and would recommend that
