Help with moving on

Hi , my dd is 9 , we have had a really awful year .. the family ( her older siblings ) and I have all fallen out , we have moved home for a fresh safe start ( her dad has no contact legally and was told our address so we moved ) and I had to rehome our dog ... we wasn't able to take her with us so found her a fantastic lifelong home ...
cut a long story short my daughter has crippling anxiety and has just become so depressed ... we have been granted permission at this house to have pets as long as they aren't a pest and of course we can't get our previous dog back as she's settled and loved in her new home ...
My girl is heartbroken she is proper grieving and I know it is all my fault , the choice to move gave the consequences of not being allowed a pet at the time etc , I did move to keep her safe , away from all the harm and stress but I've hurt her in doing so...
I don't know what I'm asking , I can't forgive myself so not looking for that here , she's on the list for camhs I just wonder if anyone has any suggestions of how I can help her to heal
Thank you for reading x

Oh that's so awful for both of you. I don't have any experience but didn't want you to go unanswered.

Hopefully someone will be along soon Thanks

Is it possible to try and get the dog back? They never forget their family.
