After doing research on Google clean and clear deep action cream wash got good reviews, on offer at moment in boots. Only used 2 days not as many spots but it may be coincidence. We will keep on going, his older brother( husbands son) had really bad acne so dont want it to get as bad. Been told it runs in families. Only using a night, just incase too harsh!

Nothing worked for my daughter so we went to GP. Got Epiduo and it has worked miracles.

Is epiduo a cream when they get spots or a preventable facial wash? I expect a fair few spots but if it gets really bad I'll take him the doctors. My step son got them really bad and it effected his confidence, even now years on hes got bad scars and says he wishes he had gone doctors but didnt know there was such treatments about.

You need a prescription for it. It's a gel. Gets rid of spots and stops new ones coming. It's been amazing for my daughter. We put it on her forehead every night. It can make skin sensitive so if it was cheeks or nose might need to use less often.

Doctors often prescribe long-term antibiotics for the treatment of acne (if that's what it is)
