Dealing with puberty?

I don't know what to do as my oldest won't wear bras. Some tops you can see breast buds others not. I try to get her to wear crop tops sometimes. But she just says she finds them uncomfortable. I won't make her wear anything for now but when she gets older? I need some opinions

My daughter refused to wear a crop top last year under a bridesmaid dress when her vest was going to show, and said they were uncomfortable, but she changed her mind a few months later, just in time for needing to start wearing something. She finds the ones from Tesco comfy (pack of 3 for £5, 2 white and one pink) and the ones from Next that are the racer back style - she really loves the feel of those ones and they have a double layer of material at the front.

Oh calm down, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the OPs post. Tbh i found your terminology more distasteful than the OPs.

If you can steer her into thicker and darker tops for a while, it’ll give her a bit more time to get used to the idea.

OP it’ll probably get better in time. My oldest dd (now 20) found puberty hard, didn’t want to wear bras and found discussing periods mortifying. I think she wore crop top styles for some years. Eventually she started wearing underwired bras from M&S and talks openly about periods.

Don’t push it too much, if she prefers crop tops then so be it. Some give a decent amount of support.
