hi i have a 11 year old who is so moody i have tried tried talking to her but she just yells and stamps around very streesed mum

Yup, and so it begins....

i hope she settles down she is normally so good, i know shes changing i just do not know what to say to her at minute she just tells us to shut up. any advice?

Having been through this very recently with my dd11 I would say limit social media drastically. I was so concerned by dds attitude that I told her I'm taking insta and tik tok away until I felt she was in a better frame of mind and was not being rude to me constantly. It worked a treat. Her mood improved and yes she still has the teen sass but not anywhere near as bad as she was

Another tip is to not take it to heart... I often feel like she'd dance on my grave right now if I fell down dead but I'm sure she loves me deep down 😂

Best advice is to ignore. Talk to her when she is calm.

My dd has been same today. Take her to Starbucks and leave her alone and pick your battles
