Title says it all!!
Any ideas? Ive tried a variety of shampoo but he seems to have A LOT of dandruff...
Anyone has tried a silicone scalp brush? For hair massage? Does it help with dandruff?
He takes vitamins almost everyday and a good eater so thats not an issue.
Thanks!

Is it definitely dandruff? Psoriasis is another possibility and may explain the lack of response to the usual shampoos.

Shock ive googles images of hair psoriasis and i can definitely say we are lucky it is only dandruff!!!

Tried “hair and shoulders”
One organic shampoo for dry scalp and another organic one... no luck. Happy to get recommendations

Try this shampoo, it's not as strong smelling as the Neutrogena medicated but still works.

Is he using hair products and if so, is he washing his hair often enough?

I use T-gel on my 11 year old once a week. I also insist on washing it myself because I just dont think he bothers actually 'washing' his hair. He just sort of sticks a blob on, rubs it over the top and rinses it out. I don't think it even touches his scalp when he 'washes' it. In between I use vosene dandruff shampoo. He still has dandruff but its nowhere near as bad as it has been in the past. I also try to make him drink more water to hydrate his skin.

Try "Nioxin" shampoo and scalp treatment, I promise you it will sort it OP. I used to avoid wearing black tops and had to comb my hair in a certain direction because mine was so bad and after using this stuff it had cleared up by about 90%

It's a little expensive but worth it IMO
