Please help!
I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do...
So I have just discovered a vape pen and bottle of liquid in my 12 year old sons coat pocket. This isn't the first time!!! In fact it's the 3rd time for him since last. I've also had the same problem with my 14 year old son last year on many occasions.
I confiscate the items, take away mobile phone and computer privileges and ground them from meeting with friends. Their behaviour during this time becomes awful as their attitude is 'well I have nothing left to loose' so they just do as they please. I try to reason with them and appel to their better nature, but they don't seem to change perspective.
What on earth am I supposed to do?
