Maths. Again.

We are on with naming eg x the subject or y the subject. Done a load but stuck on

A= pi x2. Can't find a pi symbol!
Make x the subject.

So
A/pi = x2

Now what ? X2 is x * x

How do we make A/pi also divided by x? We are 20 questions in. The pre teen has disappeared and I'm eyeing up the wine delivery

And V=abx
Is it
V/ab= x?

Is it X² rather than x2?
Can you take a picture of the equation

Well, if your x2 is actually x squared then x is the square root of A/pi.

If the x2 is x squared, just square root the entire fraction or you could put a to the power - pi/2. 2nd one is correct

The second one - yes

So is it A= π x²
X² = A/π
X = √ A/π

@dementedpixie yes! That's it. I never thought to use my laptop and therefore be able to find symbols. Pie 🥧 isn't quite the same!!

I copy and pasted it from my calculator app. And to get the ², ⁵, etc I just press and hold the number on the phone keypad
