7 yr old Body odour

My son is 7 years old & I have just noticed he smells of sweat when he's played hard. Are there any antiperspirants for kids on the market I can buy for him? Please or maybe just ordinary roll on for him to use every morning?

Have you taken him to the GP? My dd had the same, and was given a special antibacterial body wash which really helped with the smell. I would try that first, before deodorants etc (when I looked around, there weren't really any on the market specifically for children).

I just used the same one as my DM at this age, I didn't think you needed differed ones

My DS has had this from 5 years old now 7 nearly 8. GP wasnt interested then unless other signs of puberty. He now has very fine pubic hair and they still say its fine and nothing to worry about. I switched from shower gel to sensitive soap which made a huge improvement. I bought him a sure sensitive roll on only about 2 weeks ago "clean scent" so he doesnt smell like a teenager! He's off to a beaver camp at the weekend and i dont want him to be self conscious.

My DD needed this from 7 / 8 I got Bionsen which is alcohol free, aluminium free, and paraben free (not sure how it works!) and it made a huge difference. She puts it on (roll on) in the morning and does not smell at all.
