Changing skin

Long time lurker but new poster here:

Such a shame - my DD (10) is changing and along with that, so is her skin Sad

I dont want to make a big deal out of it but she's just begun to notice - mainly her nose where little pimples are starting. She's been using Avene gentle cleanser for few months now, and although reasonably under control, it does make her little nose dry, so she uses Aveeno moisturiser. Does anyone have any advice on whether this is OK? She still seems very little to be fussing around with products, but I'm not sure soap and water is enough. She's literally the only one of her friends who has started to change

Oh yes, i'm also a paranoid, very fretful single parent who has already decided that she's going to get acne and greasy hair because I dwell on things. Perhaps I should get out more, or get a reality check!!!!!!!!

I'd recommend going to Boots and investigating the La Roche Posay effaclar range. It's gentle and designed for spot prone skin. Nice ingredients that respect skin. French. medium priced. Avoid harsh scrubs and "medicated" ranges (you know the ones!)

Also a warm-hot damp flannel to open pores before cleansing.
