Sweaty DD10

DD is in the throes of puberty. Growth spurt last year, hips and boobs and then periods 6 months ago. She's worn deodrant for about 18 months, and washes with soap after i realised shower gel was leaving her whiffy.
Shebdoesn't smell but is sweating a lot, and is very self conscious at gymnastics and dance because she gets wet patches under her arms.
What can i try? She has gym tomorrow and i told her I'd find a way to help her because she's getting really anxious.

I feel for her, I was plagued by sweat patches when I was a teen. Spent a lot of time standing under hand dryers in toilets to dry off sweat patches.
Won’t help her now but she will grow out of it.
I use Sanex deodorant and find its the best one.
Otherwise- absorbent/sports vest tops underneath to soak up the sweat before it reaches the outer layer.
I’ve heard that you can put thin sanitary towel on the armpits of clothes to soak up sweat.

I use Mitchum deodorant cream.
I use the men's one as I prefer the smell of it
It's the only brand I find works for me - and I went through loads trying to find one that worked.
The sprays and roll ons are cheaper but I found them not as good as the cream stick

I it this on another thread earlier, pespire X. Its a roll on deodorant type thing that you use once and it works for a couple of weeks even after washing, use normal deodorant as usual. Its very itchy while it's on but it works. I used to use it when I was about 13 because I was so embarrassed.

Thank you - will try those ones. Anything is worth a go! She uses soft & gentle for day to day, which is fine, it's just the sporty stuff in a warm hall that needs something more.

This is all very useful for me too as I have a sweaty DD. I think the poor thing has inherited the sweaty tendencies from her DF.

We tried the Perspirex last night for the first time, but she forgot to wash it off this morning and by this evening her underarms were red and itchy. So she's washed now and i didn't reapply, thought I'd leave it a day or two before trying again.
