Birthday sleepover

Hi all
I'm looking for ideas for a birthday treat for my daughter who is 12 soon.
She wants a sleepover of like 7-8 girls and I'm worried as we don't have a big house so I'm not sure where they would all sleep.
We have 2 bedrooms but mine, my sons and my daughters then we have a loft extension playroom and the living room. Where would be best for them to sleep?
How many is too many?
How would I keep them entertained?
Any good ideas or do's/don'ts my daughter has only had 1 person sleep over previously not a group of them and I want to be more prepared so any ideas greatly appreciated.
Thank you xx

Firstly there will be no sleep

They'll be happy on sofas and blow up beds or mattresses in the floor

Netflix - music and picky tea is all that's needed

Limit sugar!

They should be able to entertain themselves

Firstly there will be no sleep

That's a myth. We've done quite a few sleepovers and I insist they settle down around 11pm or so. They can still have fun without being awake all night and feeling crap the next day.

Phew I wasn't looking forward to hearing giggly girls all night I think I'll insist on the same x
Any other ideas to keep it smooth? Would you let them sleep in lounge if too many for bedroom? x

Blow up mattresses in the living room or playroom. We had 4 girls when DD was 10 and I personally think 4-5 is a max.

We did a DIY photoshoot, mocktail mixing, the usual crisps/chocolate, a movie with pizza and I insisted on quite time from 11 onwards.

They got up around 7am, we had a fancy breakfast with pancakes, waffles, croissants and cooked breakfast and they were collected at 10am.

Saying that I had all of them over before, one more than the others and they know us and our house since they are toddlers. Not sure if it would work with school friends though.
