Going into comp and leaving friends

My DS is going into Seniors this year and all his friends are going to different schools. He wants to give them a little keepsake or something to well wish and remember eachother by. Can anyone advise on what we could do? (needs to be fairly cheap)

Could they have a group photo?

Just taken on phone or if one of the parents is into photography, ask if they'd do it. Then get it printing at SnapFish & get a frame.

Try not to worry too much, groups usually merge at Secondary, does it feel like Primary all over again?

They're such a close group they've been together since nursery it's so sad they're being split up. Yes we have quite a few photos as a group had thought of doing a snapfish type card with photo and sending it out. Thanks for advice I guess the could all came it as well to keep

Check somewhere like the cheapy shops for frames as they'll have the end of summer sale, so you should get something nice for a decent price.

Plus it shows them growing up together.

Not sure if a good idea or not, but make a pact they'll do a photo every summer. Then you can see change into young men etc.

You could get a photo made into a key ring for each of them? Loads of places do it quite cheaply and they will probably have a door key if they are going off to secondary school.
