She's had her period almost a year and I think it may be linked. She's on starflower/borage oil which has helped with her heavy flow.
She's falling out with one friend after another, making herself miserable. It's always the other person's fault of course! She had a friend (supposedly best friend) round today and I shocked at how vicious she was to her. I've talked to her, DH has even tried tonight.
Tomorrow it will probably be all sweetness and light again, but I can't see this friend putting up with it for ever.
Any advice appreciated.
