What? Since when do 10y olds have blackheads?

I've just extracted a 1mm wide by 4mm long blackhead from ds's chin!

And he's got a little cluster of blocked pores gently brewing in the groove under his lower lip. No inflammation or swelling.

He's only 10 and completely undeveloped. How can he have blackheads?

DS1 started with blackheads about a year ago. He's now 11 almost 12.

I know a few yr 6 kids starting with spots already, seems to be the norm. Don't think it means he'll need to start shaving anytime soon tho!

Many kids In Year 3 to Year 6 have them.. a bit surprising but Its normal
