I'm currently in despair over 10yr old DS and his behaviour in the mornings. Rewards and sanctions haven't worked.

Currently off to work but ill be back later to try and think of something more coherent to say .

Glad you've found something that seems to work. I was going to say I too impose early bedtimes, and agree that having the curtains open seems to help mine wake up. Good luck!
