I picked up a leaflet about Jumping Clay parties, after DD had a go at using it in a shop. It says the cost per child, which includes party bags. I have spoken to my local rep, via the website, and she has added on £2.50 per child. When I queried it, via email, she said that includes the party bags and contents and she can knock that off the price and not include them. I thought perhaps the party bags stated on the leaflet meant just the bag, no contents, so I phoned another rep, without leaving my details, and found out the leaflet price includes a filled party bag. Now I don't know what to do. There is only one rep vaguely in my area, and I'm already having to pay travelling costs for her. If I ask her why she wants to charge me an extra £2.50 per child for something which should be included in the price, it could lead to bad feeling at the party (I haven't booked it yet) but I don't like the idea of someone trying to rip me off. What would you do?
