Bras for DD 11

DD is 11 and has been wearing crop tops for support - but is becoming more developed and I think she needs more in the way of support.

BUT...she measures only 25 inches round her ribs when I have measured her and I know we will struggle to find even trainer bras in that band size. I measured round her boobs when she was bent over as well as standing straight and she measures about 27 inches.

I think she may be like I was until I had my DC - really narrow band with bigger boobs!

I'm struggling what to do for the best for her in terms of support for her developing boobs, and can't see anything that fits the bill on line.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello, I would maybe go to m and s if possible. They have always been so helpful when measuring my dd who is 12 for her first bras. the ladies are so understanding and made the whole thing a lovely experience. They do a wide range of teen sizes too. Good luck.

Disagree, M and S are hopeless.

I don't know what size she would be but maybe one the bra intervention ladies will be along to help!

You could try Debenhams....?

Was just coming on to bookmark as I don't have any advice.
My sister is having a similar issue for my 10 year old niece.
I know she tried the likes of Primark and a few others but they aren't a good enough fit.
I'll point her in the direction of M&S and Debs as she was unsure about getting her measured or even if they would measure her (first female in the family for ages :) )
Good luck anyway, I hope you get your daughter sorted.

Thanks - She might be having to stay in crop tops for a bit longer from the looks of things! Will keep looking
