Pre-Teen Manual?

There is no denying the fact that ds has turned into a pre-teen, and we are struggling with his mood swings and being over emotional.
Can anyone recommend a good pre-teen manual, please? Or take him off my hands for a few years?

How about we swop preteens for a week, at least we will have variety!

Having cracked all the baby and toddler stuff life was so easy for a few years. I feel a bit cheated now that ds has turned into that.

Yep, mine is a girl. A friend with three dc told me years ago that just as you feel you have one stage under control the child moves on to the next stage!

This morning he was crying. He didn't want to go into school and leave me all on my own.
I assured him that I would be fine and didn't want him to miss out on his education. Cried some more because I obviously wanted to get rid of him.

At least he still wants to spend time with you!
