Tgel works but are you sure it's dandruff and not soap that's not been rinsed properly

My dcs seemed incapable of rinsing the backs of their heads at one stage

How often is he washing his hair? Sometimes over washing can result in a dry scalp.

Another recommendation for t-gel.

Nisoral shampoo

My DD (12) suffers on and off with quite bad dandruff and the only thing that seems to work is Nizoral - we tried t-gel but it didn't help and I'm sure it's turning her blond hair yellow!

Nizoral is quite expensive (10 for 100ml) but it works.
