Wetting the bed..

Hi Ladies, I'm little concerned because my 10 year old daughter has been regularly wetting her bed. I spoke to some other mothers and they said she may be going through a phase but when I searched it up it was called 'nocturnal urinosis' Any advise?

So she used to be dry but then started wetting the bed again? I would take her to the gp to rule out any physical reasons. Then you need to look at psychological reasons - has anything changed in her life, is she stressed about something?
