DS won't stop the running commentary!!!!

And it is driving me fecking mad.

I love him dearly but I am silently shouting 'Shut the feck up for the love of God!' In my head.

Is this normal?

DD didn't shut up from 2 till 11 but I didn't think boys liked the sound of their own voice quite so much?

My DD 11 is exactly the same, I do tell her to shut up when I can't take it anymore. This has absolutley no effect what so ever.

Oh hell,my ds is only 6 but I get a commentary all the time.....

Yep, running commentary from my nearly 6yo too. It drives me insane, she never shuts up!

Is he Y7 and in my DD's class???

She keeps telling me about a boy in her class who gives a running commentary during most lessons

No advice really but maybe you'll miss it when he's a surly teenager?
