some advice please

( not sure where to post ) but my 7.5dd is being a right handful I dnt know where to turn she has the attitude of a teenager tantrums of a 2 yr old n got a answer for everything ive tried taking her gadgets of her grounding her putting her to her room but nothing seams to be working im on my ow now with her and ds 5yrs she acts like shes his mum n really im at a loss

My lb will be 8 in nov and is equally challenging. Attitude, answering back. Knowing better, being rude to elders, teasing and taking the mickey out of the littler ones.
His friend are all exactly the same at the moment. I think a friend of mine said they have a hormone change around now and that it does tend to calm down for a while (God I hope so!)
I don't have any words of wisdom but wanted you to know your not alone!
