I've had enough of lies I might have told my mother, but they are starting to amuse me. So far this week I've been told that,
"My (not very cool) phone keeps turning itself off!" (which, in my day would have been that I couldn't call home as the phone box had been vandalised.) and
"my teacher says my (also not cool) trainers are dangerously unsuitable."
Any more?

My teacher told me not to wear a bra because it's too hot. We are in Kl, where admittedly it's warm but two things stand out.
A teacher would not even think about talking to a child about their underwear.
She really needs it. She can't complain about boys teasing her about her boomers on the one hand, then decline the thing that could help on the other.

I ran out of time to eat my apple (and yet managed the kit kat in your packed lunch.)
