My niece wants some headphones for her birthday. She is a small 9 year old. Any tips? In ear or over the head? Good makes for that age? Thanks

I just got these for my daughter:
www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008COL4S8/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00
She's 8, and loves them.

make sure there is a way of limiting volume. Too many are half-deaf by their late teens now due to blowing out their hearing with loud music.

if she can't hear outside sounds with them on, they are too loud.

Argos do a good noise limiting pair which have stickers to write name on etc - my 9 yr old loves them. Currently on offer too xx
