What age would you keep your preteen in one till? Ds is 11, but space is premium in his room

I slept in one as an adult. I'm 5'8" tall. Comfy enough.

Ds1 had a stompa one and would have fitted in it till an adult but we needed to get bunk beds.

If you are near norwich we have the stompa one for sale if i ever get round to advertising it...

It's the only option I have for either of my dds to have study space in their rooms. I'm expecting them to stay in them for as long as they are in education.

I've just ordered my almost 9 year old a mid sleeper with drawers and desk underneath. I envisioned her staying in it until her mid-teens at least. It's a full length bed.
She has a tiny box-room bedroom so it makes sense.

My 3 all have them at 19/17/13 -in the elder 2 rooms there isn't really a choice! Yes they can bang their head if they aren't careful, but they learn. If they area ilk theyhave camping Matt on the floor to sleep on

Ds is 16 and is still in his as it's the only way we can fit a desk and bed in his room
