Early puberty - my 8yo?

She has terrible mood swings, can have BO, and occasionally gets spots. Normal, or something to watch out for? Thanks :)

Not quite sure what the question is. Normal yes, early puberty? Yes too!

Agreed. 8 is early in terms of average but not medically early (precocious puberty). Perfectly normal. BO and spots, in my experience, tend to come earliest, before hair and periods and sometimes before breasts.
