Non-soap face wash....

DD is 8 and the skin just around her nose is changing from 'little girl smooth and dry' to 'slightly oily'.

At the moment, she just washes with water as she hates getting soap in her eyes and also doesn't like the 'stiff and dry' feeling washing with soap gives her.

Being a Simple-soap-and-water type myself (and someone who has never worn any makeup, had any kind of skincare routine or owned any kind of 'skin product' except for eczema creams prescribed by the doctor) I am unsure what to recommend to her. Any ideas?

How about starting with something like Simple facial wash? It shouldn't give her the dry feeling the way soap does but its still nice and mild. If you have major supermarket nearby they have their own versions too.

My dd recently started to wash her face with some cloh things that are like baby wipes.
