Is it my understanding that as a parent if I don't want my Ds (asd)to walk a mile there and back to church on Friday I can ask that he stays at school and does some 1-1 with his TA?
We walk to school most days and a 5 minute walk for most takes us 20 mins,there are plenty of distractions along the way too,park,home,walls to climb on, ponds to throw stones in it will take FOREVER.
Am currently waiting for school to get back to me.
If anyone has any experience I would be grateful.
