do preschool charge for half term?

yes if open, no if shut.

the one I work in is open term time only, so only charges when it is open.

hi i have just looked at bill and it was shut half term but when i worked out costs they charged for it. it is a charity based pre school but is that right?

Doesn't sound right. Ours charges per session the child is scheduled to attend. So no charge at half term, on Inset days, bank holidays, or if they have to close for bad weather.

Are you sure they haven't added in a charge for snacks or such like? DD was going to 2 preschool's. One added onto the term's bill a small charge to cover the snacks, the other one expected the children to bring in snack money every session.
