How's your lease agreement coming on?

Sorry just seen your post. I've shared your example, along with one I found on the PLA site, with our leader and to the head at the school. Pressure is off at the moment though because i've been told I can just submit a sample lease with our application. There's plenty of other paperwork I need to get my hands on! Spent two hours with our leader last night making a start on our business plan............... it's never ending!
