I need to do an advert for our Pre-school for a brochure rather urgently (isn't it always the case!) and have absolutely no idea what information to put in it.

Has anyone else done it - what should I say? Help please!

who what where when how....

who - name of your group

what you are, so preschool playroup / sessional / lunch club whatever

where your group is based e.g. Village Hall, Village name

when - which days the session run and what times (we didn't include times in a recent advert as we're thinking of changing them and didn't want the details to be out of date, so we just said which days)

how to get in contact with you, phone email etc

and if possible use lots of bright colours and have a logo so it's all bright and eyecatching

good luck!

That's fabulous - thank you so much. Now I've just got to find time to do it in the next couple of days!

Do you want a copy of our advert? It might give you an idea to start?

compo · 23/04/2009 21:10

what about price and whether you take nappies or only potty trained children

cktwo · 23/04/2009 21:11

That shouldn't go in your ad, that should go in your prospectus.
