Is it called that? I'm 1/2 asleep so prob. not making sense... think you get the jist of what I'm asking...

Yes. It's the EYFS

The campaign opposing it is centred at openeye - interesting recent posts there about increasing public hostility to the EYFS since its introduction a month ago.
